Returns and Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order. Please call your local Co-op Home Centre if you need to cancel your online order.
Can I return products I ordered online?
Yes, we have a care commitment program. If you are not satisfied with a product, please come into the store, locate our Customer Service Desk, and we will gladly exchange or return your product.
How do I return or exchange products?
Returns
Find our Customer Service Desk at the store you ordered from and show your receipt. Refunds will be completed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Exchanges
Not happy with the product you received? For regularly stocked items, exchanges will be accommodated; however only returns will be possible for Special Order products.
Pickup Instructions
How do I pick up my order?
Once you arrive at your local Co-op Home Centre, please visit our Customer Service Desk, and present your order confirmation email. A member of our team will then be able to retrieve your order for you.
Account Information
Do I need an account to shop online?
No, an online account is not currently required to shop on BUILD.CRS.
Do I need to be a Co-op member to shop online?
No. Everyone is welcome to shop at any Co-op location across Western Canada. However, members are owners who help guide the business and benefit from profit-sharing. Learn more about membership at

What is a Co-op number?
Co-op members use their Co-op number when making purchases. This number tracks purchases and is used to determine potential cash back or equity.
General Questions
Can I buy a gift card online?
No, we currently do not offer gift card purchasing online, but we do have gift cards available to purchase in-store when you come to pick up your order.
Why can’t I find a product online that I normally purchase in-store.
Not all products that are stocked in-store are available online. Please visit your local Co-op Home Centre to view additional products that are not available online.
What does Special Order mean?
Not all items shown online are stocked in-store, however these items can be special ordered. Please expect longer fulfillment times for special order items.
Can I provide special instructions for my order?
Yes, when placing your order there is a “Notes” field for you to add any special instructions for your order.
How do I save my cart?
Your cart will be saved automatically. Items will remain in your cart until the current session expires or you change locations.
How do I access the Weekly Flyer?
You can view flyers by clicking on the Weekly Flyer link on the menu bar. You can also view flyers through this link:

How do I search for items?
Use the search bar located at the top of the screen. You can search by keywords, item numbers or the Universal Product Code (UPCs) barcode digits.
How do I browse products by category?
You can use the “Departments” button at the top left corner. Here, you will find products categorized into easy-to-shop groupings.
How do I find Canadian-Made items?
Most pages have a “Show Items Made in Canada” filter on the left side of the page. Canadian-made items will also state “Made in Canada” in their product details.
Ordering for Pickup
When will my order be prepared?
Your order will normally be confirmed within two (2) business hours of placing your online order. A member of our team will contact you to confirm product availability and to schedule a pick-up date and time. Please expect longer fulfillment times for special order items.
How do I place an order for pick-up?
Select your local Co-op Home Centre to view available products. Add items to your shopping cart and then submit your order. Your local Co-op will contact you to confirm item availability and arrange payment and pick-up time.
What if I miss my pick-up window?
If you are going to miss your arranged pick-up time, please contact your local Co-op Home Centre as soon as possible to arrange an alternate pick-up time.
Is there a fee for pick-up?
There are no pick-up fees charged for orders placed on BUILD.CRS.
Is there a minimum spend to order online?
There is no minimum order value required to place online orders.
How do I change my order after submission?
If you need to adjust your order, please call your local Co-op Home Centre.
Can my order be delivered?
Yes, delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. Prior to submitting your order, please indicate in the Notes box that you are interested in having your order delivered.
How will I know my order is ready for pick-up?
You will receive either a phone call or an email based on your contact preference letting you know your order is ready for pick-up.
Can I change my pick-up location?
No. Currently orders must be picked up at the same location as they were ordered from.
Payment
Can I pay online for my order?
No, we cannot currently accept payment online for orders placed through BUILD.CRS. Your payment will be processed when you arrive to pick up your order.
How do I pay for my order?
Once you arrive at your local Co-op Home Centre, please proceed to the Customer Service Desk. A member of our team will be able to complete your order and process your payment.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, debit cards, Co-op gift cards, and cash are all accepted.
Pricing
Why did prices on my order change after my order was placed?
Our online prices are designed to reflect the same regular and promotional pricing available in-store. However, final pricing, including applicable taxes and local pricing adjustments, is determined at the time of pick-up.
Why do some products not show prices?
Some products might not display pricing online. If an item does not show a price, it is not reflected in your cart subtotal. Please speak to your local Co-op Home Centre to determine this price.
Will prices increase on products due to the ongoing tariff situation?
There will be some products that will see increased pricing due to the tariffs. We continue to secure products and assess alternative solutions. When tariffs are lifted, the prices were be will reduced, accordingly.
